Routine Calls
We recognize that all our new parents have many questions. Parents use many sources to answer their questions, such as family members, friends, internet, books and printed handouts. However, on occasion this still leaves some questions unanswered. Please call us. We have a triage nurse that is waiting to answer any and all of your concerns. She will answer your questions under the physician's guidance and according to the guidelines posted by the American Academy of Pediatrics. This phone line is staffed during our regular working hours, from 8:30 AM to 9:00PM Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM through 5:00PM on Friday and from 8:30AM through 12 Noon on Saturday. Please do not hesitate to call with any of your questions. This service is provided as a courtesy to all of our patients.
