After-Hours Calls
The after hours calls are returned by the physicians within 1 to 2 hours. This service is meant for urgent conditions that can not wait till the morning. The physicians do not refill routine medications, call in antibiotics or schedule appointments. There is not a charge for urgent medical concerns such as fevers over 100.5, vomiting and diarrhea, asthma, etc. Calls placed that are routine in nature regarding issues such as diaper rash and constipation, etc, will result in a charge posted to the account.
