Dr. Bradford is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated in 2008 from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and obtained her medical degree in Erie, PA at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012. Dr. Bradford completed her pediatrics residency at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX in 2015. She is board certified in pediatrics. She is excited to call northern Virginia home. Her professional interests include well child preventative care, sports physicals, and childhood obesity. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband.
Dr. Abbott is a native of Northern Virginia. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicine with her MD in 1987. From there she moved to Washington DC to do her residency in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital National Medical Center. In 1990 she began private practice in Manassas, Virginia. She was board certified in 1991 and became a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has maintained this board certification demonstrating ongoing commitment to pediatric education and children since this time.
Dr. Patel graduated from Saint George’s University School of Medicine in 2008 and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2011. She enjoys all aspects of pediatrics and her main goals are to build strong relationships with her patients and their families and provide the best care possible. She practices evidence based medicine in her general practice of pediatrics.
She is a native Texan who is now settled in the northern Virginia area with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, watching movies with her husband, and has taken interest in interior design and art.
Laurie Wolf graduated from Old Dominion University with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2018. She has been a practicing pediatric registered nurse for 14 years working at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. She is a member of the National Association for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and a member of the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau International. She especially enjoys preventative care for children with chronic health conditions.
Laurie grew up in central Virginia and now lives in Front Royal with her husband, two children, and two cats. She enjoys reading, watching her children during sporting events, and spending time with her extended family. She is excited to join the Crestwood Pediatric Associates family!

She formed Crestwood Pediatric Associates in 1993. Since this time the practice has grown to encompass a staff of four pediatricians and added a second office location in the Gainesville/Haymarket area. Her interests include the education and support of new parents and breast feeding, education on the benefits of vaccination, and fighting our growing problem of childhood obesity. She is also very interested in maintaining an active affiliation with the regional hospitals. She helped start the in-house hospitalist program at Prince William Hospital, started the Pediatric Grand Rounds program at Prince William Hospital, and served for several years as Chairman of the Physician Credentialing Committee at Prince William Hospital.
Dr. Abbott has been recognized as a Top Doctor in the Washingtonian almost every year since 2005 and in the Northern Virginia Magazine since 2013. She currently lives in Chantilly, Virginia with her husband and two of their six children. The first four have completed college and two have started families of their own. In all aspects of her life, she is devoted to children. "So much of the advice I give to my patients and their parents comes from having been there and done that myself."
